Refund Policy

Terms of Service Privacy Notice

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and purchases made through the Flypt platform operated by Flypt, Inc. (“Flypt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you subscribe to a monthly plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial charge. This guarantee applies once per account and only to your first subscription purchase.
  • Cancellations After 7 Days: If you cancel after the 7-day window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing period.
  • Renewal Charges: If you are charged for a renewal and cancel within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge without having accessed any paid features during the new billing period, you may request a full refund of that renewal charge.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions provide access to the Service for twelve (12) months at a discounted rate.

  • 14-Day Refund Window: If you purchase an annual subscription and have not used any paid features—including AI-generated video credits or other consumable features—you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
  • After 14 Days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. If you cancel an annual subscription after that period, your access continues until the end of the annual term and no refund is issued.

4. AI-Generated Videos and Consumable Credits

AI-generated video credits and other consumable features are non-refundable once used or generated, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. This applies because generating AI outputs consumes computing resources and cannot be reversed.

If a technical error prevents an output from being generated despite a credit being consumed, please contact us at support@flypt.org within thirty (30) days and we will review the situation and, at our discretion, issue a replacement credit.

5. Service Unavailability

If the Service is technically unavailable for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours due to causes within our reasonable control, you may request a prorated account credit for the affected period. Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.

Planned maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events, do not qualify for credits.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period, or if a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@flypt.org within thirty (30) days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, if a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed, issue a full refund of the duplicate amount within ten (10) business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@flypt.org with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your Flypt account.
  • The date of the charge for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The amount charged and the last four digits of the payment method, if known.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and provide a determination within seven (7) business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • AI-generated video credits or other consumable credits that have been used.
  • Subscription fees after the applicable refund window has expired.
  • Fees for plans that were suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Any amounts charged more than thirty (30) days before the refund request.
  • Fees paid under a separate employer, recruiter, or enterprise agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.

9. Employer and Recruiter Plans

Refunds for employer, recruiter, and enterprise plans are governed by the separate written agreement between Flypt and the subscribing organization. If no separate agreement addresses refunds, this Refund Policy applies.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a charge that is not eligible for a refund under this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@flypt.org to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the update.
